the mx5 is a great first car because its very fuel efficient and fun to drive as well as being cute and quite small. it is, however, a convertible which a lot of people don’t like and it only has 2 seats.
If you get one of the new mx5’s you will have some very good tech although its a bit more pricey. And every model has a miata version which means they have extra sports add ons, but again they are more expensive
